Great buying experience, really helpful throughout, professional staff and no hard sales. Good part exchange value given and my new car is a real gem, cannot fault it in anyway and a pleasure to drive :-). I will definetly be back here next year for my partners new car. Bought a car one month ago and although I had teething problems with the vehicle 1st Class couldn't have been more helpful. The car had an intermittent fault on it, which they could not have been aware of when they sold the car to me. Nothing was too much trouble to resolve the problem. Glynn the mechanic was extremely helpful and polite. Tony on the sales team made sure the repairs were carried out at speed. Would certainly recommend 1st Class, their prices are very competitive and after service is second to none. Will definitely return when next looking for a car.

I found dealing with First Class Motors a total pleasure from start to finish. I was approached by a salesman (Wayne) and asked if I wanted any assistance. As I was just looking, so he said he would leave me to look round, and if I needed anything, to let him know. This in itself was great service, as previous dealerships that day, had hounded me from getting out the car, and would not leave me in peace to look round. I found a car I liked, had a test drive, and decided to purchase it. The whole process was smooth, clear information, all paperwork and figures were clear, and I knew exactly what was what. The staff at first class motors are all extremely helpful and they don't hassle you on the forecourt. They gave a really good price for the car we traded in. This allowed us to go for a higher spec car which suited all our driving needs. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

No pressure; friendly and extremely helpful sales team; very competitive prices; good quality, nearly new cars; quick and easy purchase process and pick up; car fully explained - no rush; follow up courtesy calls to make sure everything was alright. Last minute hiccup (my side) with my insurance cover not having been registered at the DVLA meaning the car could not be road taxed online when I went to pick it up. The sales team sorted it out - took my hard copy and went to the post office for me. Nothing too much trouble for them. Felt completely confident and relaxed throughout, which is a first for my car purchases. I cannot recommend First Class Motors, and Paul in particular, enough.
