Sam was brilliant. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal possible, he really looked after me. I would recommend to Sam and VR as a business anyone looking to buy a car. I stumbled upon an advert at 9am on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago for a car I was considering after the sale of mine. I emailed my interest and before lunch a test drive had been arranged for later that day. We arrived at the showroom to be greeted by the Director Glen with a smile, a coffee and the keys to the car that we liked. Never been so happy to be broke! A truly fabulous car prepared to perfection by the team at Vanrooyen….. seriously it was absolutely immaculate when we picked it up. Ok so I don’t normally post stuff relating to good customer service because one the whole it just comes as standard these days (unless the guys in Starbucks get your name wrong and end up putting your name down as “Joke” on your coffee ????) However this status is related to the guys at Vanrooyen Elite.Prestige. Supercars who yesterday not only supplied me with the exact car I contacted them about but their customer service was phenomenal!!!! From start to finish their director Glen Mason was so helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what I required and matched it exactly, couple that with the fact they travelled the country to collect it and then pull out all the stops to have it ready the next day for me to collect. Then there is the showroom ???? never have a I seen such a collection of super cars that would turn any fully grown man into what can only be described as a giggling boy at Toys R’ Us. They stock Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren to name a few, but even though all of these are way out my league the level of service made me feel like I was buying a PORSCHE CAYMAN 3.8 GT4 (they have it in the showroom and it is incredible) I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting themselves not only the car of theirs dreams but receiving the absolute best experience to accompany your purchase.
